Boxing has proven to be a fun and effective way to improve your fitness while joining in some great group activities. This dynamic program will take your fitness levels to new heights in an enjoyable and friendly environment.

A whole body workout where you can enjoy the benefits of a circuit based workout!

Increase your muscle tone, stamina, strength, co-ordination and speed, learn basic technique and confidence to be lean and mean in your weekly sessions. 


Time: 6pm - 7pm
Location: Cnr of King William & Pennington Tce, North Adelaide.    
Days: Tuesday & Thursday evening (2 sessions per week, 8 per month)
 $145, includes training t-shirt, or $120 for return clients.
Casual sessions $20.
