Q. Do I have to be fit for this program?
No, the programs are designed for all fitness levels, however there will be a thorough medical screening that will be conducted before being accepted onto these programs.
Q. Do I have to be a certain age to attend this program?
No, there is no age limit to attend the program however if you are under the age of eighteen (18)
then a parent or guardian must accompany you and they must sign all required documents on your behalf.
Q. What type of training will there be?
There will be a wide range of fitness and adventure training sessions involved that will amaze you. The sessions are all uniquely tailored and designed so that each and every session is dynamic and will also include plenty of team building elements and group (exercise?) sessions within the package.
Q. Is this program for everyone?
No, if you are not prepared to be a team player, work hard and have an open mind, its best you sit this one out! The highly experienced certified coaches are not paid to pamper you... They are there to challenge you both physically and mentally. We will push you to your limits in a safe way to help you achieve an extraordinary experience you will NEVER forget!
Q. BEING AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY, CAN i STILL REGISTER IF NOT AN AUSSIE?
Yes, of course. We welcome anyone from anywhere in the world.
Q. Is there down time to relax?
Of course, this is a very important aspect of the program. Integrating both elements of training and relaxing is essential to the effective, efficient results driven program. There won’t be a compromise of either part because a complete package requires a blended balance of both. You will work hard; have fun, meet new people and have time to kick back to relax.
Q. How much free time will I have?
There will be plenty of time for you to contact family via phones, computers and other devices.
Q. Will there be time to explore the local area?
Yes, we will give you an outline of the program when you arrive which will include free time where you then have the opportunity to explore the local city, town or location your program is located. There will be tours and plenty of fun things to do and see.
Q. Do I have to attend all of the workouts & attractions?
Yes, you will be required to attend everything listed on the itinerary on time every time. The program is based on team work, structure and discipline while having fun with the group. At times it may get demanding, but the support from the coaches and the other adventure seeking individuals will help you get through everything! The feeling at the end is priceless!!!
Q. Is there a multi-language speaking TravelFit program?
We run all our programs in English speaking only unless specified.
Q. What will I need to bring?
Once you have registered and paid in total for your chosen program, we will send you a detailed list of what you need to bring as a minimum.
Q. Is the price outlined in the Application Form the full price of this program?
All costs are subject to alteration at any time by airlines or suppliers due to currency fluctuations. No surcharge in respect of cost or currency deterioration will be made once full payment has been received.
Q. How is payment to be made?
Payment is required by the due date and failure to meet payment deadlines may result in your booking being cancelled or an increase in price. Any additional costs incurred due to late payment are your responsibility. Payments can be made using the following methods:

3. Credit Card
Credit Card payments are accepted. Fees may be applicable. You are to email Rob.Coad@Bootcamp.com.au to request a credit card payment form.
Q. Can I bring my partner and share a room?
Yes, if they have also registered on the same program, just request on sign up to be paired up in your accommodation with the person you wish to be with. You will also have the option to choose double or single beds.
Q. Are prices based on twin shared rooms?
Prices are based on same sex, single beds twin share, unless otherwise specified.
Q. Can you find me a room mate to share a room?
Yes, we can look for another same sex solo person who also would like to share a room to reduce costs. However, we cannot guarantee it and in the event it is not available you would be required to pay for the single room costs rate.
Q. Will I have access to Wi-Fi?
We aim to book accommodation with internet services available to keep us all in touch with the world; but it is largely dependent on the destination and type of trip you are booking with us. You may be subject to charges by the hotel for wi-fi usage or for excessive usage of any free wi- fi if there is any limit on this wi-fi usage offered.
Q. If I decide to change my mind can I receive a refund?
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for the full cancellation policy.
Q. I have already registered, paid and have come down with an illness, what happens if I cannot attend?
If you do come down with a contagious illness you are NOT permitted on the program unless you have been cleared by a doctor in writing. If you are unable to attend because of any reason you can transfer the program to another person and the costs associated with this are outlined in the Terms and Conditions. You can also contact your travel insurance provider.
Prior to leaving
Q. I am a member of a frequent flyer program, can I register to get points if the flights are with my frequent flyer program airline or a partner airline?
If you are already a member, or are becoming a member, of a frequent flyer program then you are to advise the airline and/or frequent flyer program you are a member of and your frequent flyer number and flight details to redeem your benefits. You are to retain your boarding passes in case points are not allocated to you.
Q. Do I need travel visas?
Depending on your nationality, you may need visas to enter certain countries. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas prior to the departure of your trip. Visas can take up to six weeks to obtain and a fee is normally charged. It is your responsibility to have all visas, permits and certificates required for your holiday prior to departure. Q. Are there any conditions in relation to my passport?
It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from your intended return date to Australia. You must provide a copy of your valid passport to Rob.Coad@Bootcamp.com.au at the time of submitting the Application Form. Please ensure that your name(s) on the Application Form are as per your passport as name changes or amendments may incur additional fees. It is your responsibility to have a valid passport.
Q. Do I need travel insurance?
Yes... cancellation, unexpected medical expenses, injuries, theft or lost luggage. It is compulsory that you take out comprehensive travel insurance before you travel. Your insurance must cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses and evacuation expenses. We strongly recommend your insurance also covers cancellation, personal liability and loss of personal property. You can contact our travel agent to assist with your insurance if required. You must provide us with a copy of your travel insurance policy prior to the trip.
Q. Do I need any vaccinations?
Consult your GP or Travel Doctor to find out which if any vaccinations are required and the cost of obtaining any vaccinations required are not included in the cost of the package. If you suffer from any condition or illness, be sure to have an adequate supply of any medications prior to departing on your trip. You must advise us of any important medical condition you may have at time of application.
Q. Will I need any money with me?
We recommend that you exchange for some cash in the local currency of the destinations you will be travelling prior to departure. Most places also have debit & credit card facilities available.
Q. I really want to register into the program but it does not suit my budget, can you help?
Yes, we can set up a payment plan to suit your budget. So by the time the program is about to start you have fully paid for the program and you have nothing to worry about. Please contact us so we can discuss your options. Note; the required non-refundable deposit is still required upon you submitting your Application Form.
Q. Do you offer early payment discounts?
Yes, for selected trips we do offer a discount when the full cost is paid by a specific date, so make sure you keep an eye out for these limited deals.
Q. What’s not included in the price?
Passport & visa fees, insurance, laundry, phone calls, beverages, personal expense money, vaccination costs, medical fees, extra sightseeing, any other visits & entrance fees, meals not detailed in the itinerary, tips, items of a personal nature, excess baggage, optional excursions & anything else not listed.
Q. Do I have a luggage allowance?
Details of your luggage allowance will be provided to you once flights have been confirmed. You are to follow the luggage limit and any failure to do so may result in you incurring additional charges. If you want to increase your luggage allowance before the departure date then this can be arranged with the airline at your cost.
Q. Is there any government travel advice?
You can keep up to date with the latest information regarding health and government travel warnings to areas in which you are travelling to at www.dfat.gov.au.
Q. Are there any booking conditions?
Please make sure that you have read the TravelFit360 Terms and Conditions which are readily available located at the bottom on www.travelfit360.com.au before finalising and submitting your Application Form. By submitting the Application Form or part-payment for any TravelFit360 events this is taken as your acceptance of these terms.
