What does Bootcamp Involve?

The course is designed in a way, so that you will get maximum results in the time that you spend with us. – Don’t worry, there is no yelling or swearing, blowing of whistles or anything like that, just motivational and challenging exercise to get you moving and help you achieve some great results. Your first session consists of a Benchmark workout so that we can place you into a section (depending on your results) with people of a similar fitness level. You all do the same Bootcamp workout at the same time, but obviously, just at different levels.
Each monthly program is designed specifically to make sure that you work your body in every aspect with a combination of cardio and strength training, the sessions are progressive, and meaning that every single session requires you to work harder than the last. You will never get bored as no two sessions are the same!
The variety of equipment from session to session is extensive; it may include tyres, ropes, Alphabags/Alphaballs (sandbags/sandballs), stretchers, ammo boxes, Battle Bars plus many more.
