DAY 1: Saturday 2nd May

Arrive in Queenstown Check into the Heritage Queenstown

All rooms are 'Forest' view. Single rooms have the option to upgrade to 'Lake' view. Add $TBC

Queenstown, New Zealand’s mountain playground, is one of the great alpine regions of the world. The sumptuous Heritage Queenstown Hotel calls this place home. The resort, and not just the altitude, offers a hotel experience certain to leave you breathless.

Welcome information session Our group will be required to meet in the hotel bar area by the large open fire at 5:50pm for a 6pm start. This is where you will meet the coaches and the other guests. After a short introduction the coaches will explain the outline of the entire trip. If your flight arrives later in the day, it's okay as this time is just a guide at this stage. We will update everyone registered with any changes to the itinerary if required.

Prior to going to bed, you will have the opportunity to walk to the local supermarket to purchase any snacks or water that you wish to take on the mornings short hike. Keep in mind, there will be a 'pop up' workout at any stage during your trip. Heritage Queenstown Single Room

DAY 2: Sunday 3rd May

Hike (it's a secret location) Our Epic Tramp(Hike)

Workout 'No Credit' - This afternoons workout will be a "Buy in" workout which is team based. Two teams will compete up against each other and it will pay to WIN! The outcome of the results, will come in to play later in the trip. That's all you really need to know at this time. Team Workout

DAY 3: Monday 4th May

Workout

'Jokers Call' - If you love card games, you will love this workout! This mornings workout will be the Real Deal workout designed by Coach Rob Coad in 2008. It's intense, fast and extremely exciting! However, it's also suitable for all fitness levels.

There is an abundance of restaurants and cafes to choose from and plenty of stores for shopping. Make sure you buy some snacks and water for the day 6 hike/trek. For those who have more of an adrenaline streak, perhaps you could go Bungee Jumping? Or contact us during the event for other activities for once we return back to Queenstown.

DAY 4: Tuesday 5th May

Drive to Queenstown

Today we leave this beautiful part of New Zealand and heading back to Queenstown where we will settle in for the remainder of this adventure.

DAY 5: Wednesday 6th May

Workout

TOUGH! Yep, today is OBC day!!! This morning we will be ready to train HARD! Make sure you arrive on time ready for roll call at the required time. If you are Absent Without Leave (AWOL), the rest of your team will pay the price.

Cricket match, which will become a tradition on all TF360 Fitness Holidays. It's a fun and friendly match between two teams, however, you need to know its no typical cricket match... of course it's modified TF360 style! 360 Cricket

Workout

'Chilly Dip' This afternoon we will hit the pool for a low impact, intense pool workout. Our pool workouts led by Coach Rob Coad is guaranteed to get your heart pumping! Hmmm... wonder if the pool is heated? We will finished off in the hot spa to unwind and recover.

Get together

Below Zero Ice Bar After a solid few days of training, we head out to the Below Zero Ice Bar, which has been hand sculpted by one of the worlds top ice carvers. The Walls, bar, furniture, sculptures and even the glasses - all created from ice. Party or "chill out", it's up to you! Mocktail or Cocktail or go for a shot or two of Vodka? Hmmm... just remember the following day you have a early morning session! Ice Bar

Free Time

Free Time after the Below Zero Ice Bar, feel free to head back to the hotel to relax, go for dinner or simply explore Queenstown before getting a good night sleep prior to the 360 CHALLENGE!

DAY 6: Thursday 7th May

Prepare your day pack for the Ben Lomond Summit/Gondola, then meet in the hotel foyer at 6:50am.

360 CHALLENGE DAY

Ben Lomond Summit Hike (1748asl) [360 CHALLENGE] Experience magnificent lake and mountain views. The walk requires a decent level of fitness as the last push towards the top of Ben Lomond is very steep. At the top, you'll be rewarded with exceptional views and on clear days, you can spot Mount Earnslaw/Pikirakatahi and Aspiring/Tititea. On the decent, we will make our way down via some beautiful rainforest trails, stunning water streams and some local history. Make sure your pack has plenty of water and snacks for this one... this is a tough hike/trek and we highly recommend you prepare for it.

Skyline Gondola, sit back and relax and take in the stunning views as you ride the Skyline Queenstown Gondola - the steepest cable car lift in the Southern Hemisphere. You’ll be carried down 450 metres above Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu from the top of Bob's Peak, where you’ll enjoy the best views in the region unfolding before your eyes. You get to experience a spectacular 220 degree panorama with breath-taking views of Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, Walter and Cecil Peak and, of course, Queenstown. Ben Lomond Summit

Celebration Group Dinner & Awards

Tonight we will all meet for dinner and share some of the stories you have from your adventures on this trip. We can all celebrate an amazing experience from this fitness holiday and start to reflect what you have achieved! It's so inspiring to hear the passion and excitement from those who arrived quiet and unsure what will happen during their stay.

DAY 7: Friday 8th May

Workout ’Aftermath’ Recovery & stretch session at the hotel gym. Time: 7:00am - 7:30am

GOODBYE INFORMATION SESSION

After breakfast head back to your rooms and ensure you have everything ready for check out. We will meet at 10am to say a few words and goodbye.

Transfer from Hotel to Airport for flights home for those who are leaving NZ.
